The China Business Network — which has been in stealth mode since closing its first round of funding — relaunches this month with invitations going out to charter members across various sectors of China business. Each charter member added in the beta phase represents several levels of expertise that will lay the foundation for a vision that’s been two years in the making.

In plain English, we’ve taken decades worth of Rolodexes of a number of great people in our China business circles and built a platform that allows us to share and connect the people we know and trust with everyone and anyone who has an interest or involvement in cross border trade and investment with China.

Why are we doing this?

Because at the very least, we think it’s time for people to stop Googling “doing business in China” as their first means of looking to connect with China business professionals and like-minded entrepreneurs with an interest in China.

We also have come across some amazing China focused groups, organizations and associations across the networks of friends and colleagues and thinks it’s time we began connecting them all by inviting them to join us on an open platform via the social web.

Connecting China business dots = connecting people.
